Our first sail with the Hobbs Academy...including their principal who is a sailor. If goes well, the first of many. Introductory sail showiing the basics of sailing. Must be back at dock by 230. This Academy serves parenting students and provides childcare for their students.

Our final class before graduation and this is the "small boat" class...we put the inflatable in the water, the kayaks, the row boat and we practice on the small boats, both for fun and to prepare for the graduation events on 10/10...including the kayak races. Need plenty of volunteers to help teach this class since four kayaks, one inflatable (maybe two) and a dinghy will all be in the water at the same time.

Our annual volunteer appreciation party. Dinner, awards, short speeches, entertainment and maybe some dancing. Berkeley Yacht Club, some boats at their dock.
Need volunteers to help set up and help take down. The more, the better. If want to help set up, show up at four thirty. To take down, plan on being there after ten.
